My Story

I began my career in real estate in 2008 — right in the midst of a major market downturn. That experience gave me something invaluable: the ability to navigate uncertainty, protect my clients from risk, and find opportunity where others see only challenge. I've now guided clients through two recessions, three boom markets, a global pandemic, and some of the most dramatic interest rate shifts in history.

My office is based in Burlingame, where I've lived and raised my family for over a decade. I know these streets personally — which neighborhoods are up-and-coming, where the best schools are, which blocks flood in heavy rain, which restaurants have been there forever. That local knowledge is something you simply can't get from a Zillow search.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me volunteering with local school programs, exploring the farmer's markets of the Peninsula, or cooking for my family.
